Community Services Group - CSG is hiring a Residential Supervisor for our adult mental health residential program in Spring Grove, PA. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and welfare, and support community integration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in programs for individuals with mental illness.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct support staff and evaluates performance.
• Ensures health, safety, and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Supports behavioral management and skill training implementation.
• Provides on-site supervision and daily operations oversight.
• Manages program budgets and documentation for review.
• Communicates with families, agencies, and professionals as needed.
• Coordinates transportation to appointments.
• Performs duties of direct care staff as necessary.
