Job summary

CSG is seeking a Residential Supervisor for a mental health program in Spring Grove, PA. You will oversee direct support staff, ensure safety and welfare, and coordinate community integration for adults with mental illness.

You’ll also manage daily operations, budgeting, and required documentation. The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience, plus a valid driver's license and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year working experience in programs for individuals with mental illness.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct support staff and evaluates performance according to policies.
• Ensures health, safety and welfare and helps individuals integrate into the community.
• Participates in and supervises behavioral management and skill training.
• Provides on-site supervision of daily program operations and on-call duties.
• Manages program budgets and submits financial documentation for review.
• Communicates with families, agencies, and professionals as needed.
• Coordinates transportation for appointments and community activities.
• Performs direct care duties as required.
• Embraces trauma-informed care principles and promotes equity and inclusion.
