Job summary

Reading Home & Community Supportive Services is seeking an experienced Residential Program Supervisor / Program Specialist to oversee community homes for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in Reading, PA. The role combines administration, supervision of staff, and ensuring person-centered supports.

The successful candidate will provide administrative and program oversight, supervise residential staff, coordinate individual services, maintain compliance with Pennsylvania Chapter

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher with experience in intellectual disabilities or autism.
Bachelor's degree with at least two years of related experience.
Associate degree with at least four years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate ISP development, reviews, and monitoring.
Supervise Direct Support Professionals and supervise staff.
Monitor staffing, on-call rotation, and emergency coverage.
Ensure licensing, QA/QA reviews, and compliance with 6400/6100.
