Job summary
Reading Home & Community Supportive Services is seeking an experienced Residential Program Supervisor / Program Specialist to oversee community homes for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in Reading, PA. The role combines administration, supervision of staff, and ensuring person-centered supports.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and program oversight, supervise residential staff, coordinate individual services, maintain compliance with Pennsylvania Chapter
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher with experience in intellectual disabilities or autism.
- Bachelor's degree with at least two years of related experience.
- Associate degree with at least four years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ISP development, reviews, and monitoring.
- Supervise Direct Support Professionals and supervise staff.
- Monitor staffing, on-call rotation, and emergency coverage.
- Ensure licensing, QA/QA reviews, and compliance with 6400/6100.
