Job summary
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Supervisor for our Community Residential Homes in West Chester, PA. You will supervise direct support professionals and oversee the daily operation of assigned residential facilities to ensure quality services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The schedule is 8:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call rotation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in human services, at least three years of relevant
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in human services.
- At least three (3) years experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.
- Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
- Be empathetic, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, understand behavior management theories and positive reinforcement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise direct support professionals and the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s).
- Ensure quality services meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals.
- Adhere to Devereux Philosophy of Care, center procedures, standards of conduct and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and mentoring to staff and participate in on-call rotations.
