Job summary

Guild is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality, client-centered services within a licensed program.

You will supervise program staff, support staff development, monitor performance, and promote compliance with policies, regulations, and quality improvement efforts. This role collaborates with community partners and contributes to ongoing program innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences (social work, psychology, or human services) or a related field from an accredited college or university AND have 2,000 hours (1 year) of experience in the delivery of service to persons with mental illness.
• Qualified as a mental health practitioner within the State of Minnesota by the options listed (hours/credits or supervised experience).
• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences (social work, psychology, or human services) or a related field from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and delivery of services within an assigned program.
• Provide leadership and direct supervision to program staff.
• Ensure program compliance through performance evaluation, record review, and quality improvement.
• Foster partnerships with community agencies and stakeholders to support client needs and promote an inclusive work environment.
