Oak Hill is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee all aspects of residential program operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports for participants and a positive workplace culture for staff. The role requires leadership across daily site operations and collaboration with families, clinicians, and community partners.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience supporting individuals with IDD.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in residential/human services.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to complete background screenings and maintain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an assigned residential location.
• Ensure services align with individual support plans and treatment goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
• Monitor program performance, quality indicators, and census goals.
• Provide direct support to meet participant and operational needs.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, case managers, and clinicians.
