Job summary

Oak Hill seeks a Site Manager to oversee all aspects of a residential program, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports and a positive workplace culture for staff. This on-site role reports to the Director of Community Programs in Bloomfield, CT.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with families and regulatory bodies to uphold compliance and care standards. A bachelor’s degree and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience supporting individuals with IDD.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in residential services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an assigned residential location.
• Ensure services align with individual support plans and treatment goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
• Monitor program performance, quality indicators, and census goals.
• Provide direct support as needed to meet participant and operational needs.
• Advocate for participants' needs and goals and coordinate planning meetings.
• Ensure documentation, progress reports, and assessments are completed on time.
• Coordinate with families, guardians, case managers, clinicians, and partners.
