Qualifications

• Supervisory or staff coordination experience required.
• Experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DHS background studies.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day staff scheduling and household operations.
• Provide guidance, oversight, and support to direct care staff.
• Ensure program standards, policies, and resident needs are met.
• Provide direct care and support to residents as needed.
