Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of an Intensive Care Residential Home in the Berwyn/West Chester area. You will direct staff to ensure quality therapeutic and preventive care aligned with Devereux standards and policies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in human services with at least 1 year in supervision, a valid driver’s license, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services or related field.
• Three (3) years of human service experience required; at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals.
• Ensure compliance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, center procedures, standards of conduct, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training/mentoring to staff and oversee program quality across the facility.
