Job summary

Devereux is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Supervisor to oversee direct support professionals and manage daily operations at residential facilities across Berwyn, West Chester, Downingtown and Devon PA. You will ensure services meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health and safety needs in line with Devereux's Standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in human services, at least three years of experience and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
• Three (3) years of human service experience required.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct support professionals and daily operations of assigned residential facility(s).
• Ensure quality services meeting therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs.
• Adhere to Devereux Philosophy of Care, center procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Berwyn, West Chester, Downingtown and Devon PA.
