Job summary

Devereux Children’s Behavioral Health Center (DCBHC) Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital in Malvern, PA is seeking a Program Supervisor to support adolescents in a therapeutic, clinically focused setting.

You will supervise daily activities, help implement treatment plans, and provide leadership to staff, while ensuring safety and promoting constructive coping skills. The role offers training in PBIS/ABA/TIC/Safe and Positive Approaches and a competitive hourly wage with evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ credits in a human services discipline and at least two years direct care experience.
• Alternate: 60 college credits in a human services discipline with three years direct care experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of individuals in a therapeutic treatment environment.
• Plan and implement residential program services for assigned clients.
• Assist in supervising clients in program activities and leisure time.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to staff.
