Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Supervisor for Adult Services in Berwyn and West Chester. You will direct daily operations of the residential facility to ensure quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals in line with Devereux policies.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in human services with supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a valid driver's license; strong communication,

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services or related field.
• Three (3) years of human service experience required; at least one (1) year of supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrates empathy, teamwork, strong written and verbal communication, and acts as a positive role model.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services.
• Ensure services meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs in line with Devereux standards.
• Adhere to Devereux Philosophy of Care, Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
