Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Coordinator for Community Group homes in the Berwyn, Paoli and Bryn Mawr areas. You will direct the daily operation of the residential facility to ensure quality services and safety for individuals with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in human services, supervisory experience, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in behavioral health and supporting children and adolescents with special needs.
• Valid driver's license and at least one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to ensure quality services.
• Oversee residential program supervisors and staff to keep individuals safe and well cared for.
• Ensure a clean, healthy environment in accordance with policies and procedures.
