Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Supervisor for our Adult Services Program in Berwyn, PA. You will supervise direct support professionals and oversee daily operations at assigned residential facilities, ensuring therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs are met.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Three (3) years of human service experience required.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.

• Supervise direct support professionals and daily operations of assigned residential facilities.
• Ensure services meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
