Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or 60 college credits with related experience
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required
• Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches (SPA) techniques

• Ensure individuals are safe and in a therapeutic treatment environment
• Plan and implement residential program services for assigned clients
• Assist in supervising clients in program activities and leisure time
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to staff
