• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree with human services credits or 60 college credits plus relevant experience.

• Ensure safety and therapeutic environment for individuals.
• Plan and implement residential program services for assigned clients.
• Assist in supervision of clients in program activities and leisure time.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to staff.
