Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Supervisor to oversee direct support professionals and manage daily operations at residential facilities in Berwyn and surrounding PA communities.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Human Services, 3 years in the field, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, safety, and collaborative, person-centered supports.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
• Three (3) years of human service experience required.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct support professionals and direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s) in Berwyn, PA and nearby locations to ensure quality services.
• Ensure services meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health and safety needs in line with Devereux standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team to implement behavior management strategies and writing clear communication with families and stakeholders.
