Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary improvements
• Collaborate with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to clients
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards in the field
• Foster a positive, inclusive living environment for clients
• Efficiently manage program budgets and resources
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry best practices and trends
