Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the residential program, including staff scheduling, client activities, and facility maintenance
• Recruit, train, and supervise residential program staff effectively
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure client well-being and safety
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary improvements
• Collaborate with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to clients
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards in the field
• Foster a positive, inclusive living environment for clients
