Job summary

FREE is seeking a Residential Manager in New York to lead a team serving individuals with disabilities. You will promote rights, safety, health, and personal outcomes, partnering with the people supported to develop plans and ensure they are followed and documented.

In this in-person role, you will supervise Direct Support Professionals, coordinate with clinical providers, manage scheduling and on-call coverage, and partner with families and external providers to align supports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities and/or mental health disorders (OPWDD/OMH).
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals to meet residents’ needs.
• Develop and document personalized plans with clinical providers.
• Promote residents’ rights, health, safety and personal outcomes.
• Coordinate with external providers and families to align supports.
• Oversee documentation and on-call coverage.
