Job summary

Familyres in New York seeks a Residential Manager to lead a team supporting individuals with disabilities. You will promote rights, health and safety, and help residents achieve personal outcomes through collaborative planning with clinical providers.

You will supervise and develop staff, ensure documentation is accurate and timely, and coordinate with external providers to align supports with resident needs. This role is in-person in NY.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred for Residential Managers of ICF programs.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in disability/mental health settings.
• Must be 18+ with a valid NYS driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals or Community Support Specialists to meet residents' rights, health, safety, and personal outcomes.
• Coordinate with clinical providers to develop and document individualized plans.
• Supervise, train, evaluate and hire staff; ensure timely, compliant documentation.
