Job summary

ADAPT Community Network in New York City seeks a Residence Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered living environment.

You will supervise staff, coordinate treatment plans, manage facility maintenance and finances, and partner with families and external agencies to promote independence, well-being, and community inclusion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in human services or related field.
• AMAP certification or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a residential program.
• Supervise and coach residential staff across shifts.
• Coordinate treatment plans and service delivery with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure health, safety and dignity of individuals supported.
• Maintain compliance with OPWDD regulations and agency policies.
