Job summary

Bay Cove Human Services is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring high-quality care, supervision, and training for individuals. You will lead a team of residential staff to deliver person-centered supports and coordinate health services and community access.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field preferred with leadership experience in human services.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in human services with supervisory responsibilities.
• State certification for medication administration required within 6 months.
• CPR & First Aid certification required within 30 days; Safety Care within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the home and ensure quality of care.
• Lead residential staff, provide supervision and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate medical services and medication administration as prescribed.
• Maintain client records, plans, and program documentation in compliance.
