Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred with relevant field and 1 year in human services example.
• 4+ years leadership in human services; supervisory experience required.
• CPR/SFA, Mandt & DPH MAP within specified timelines; driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program and relief staff and oversee recruitment, hiring, and orientation.
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, budgeting, and staff meetings.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention during business hours and on-call.
• Ensure program adheres to Positive Behavioral Supports and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate service plan development and advocacy/case management.
