Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire; Medication administration certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Promotes valued roles and community integration for individuals.
• Supervises and develops program staff; manages scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Ensures medications are administered correctly and services are person-centered and PBS-oriented.
• Maintains program records, logs, and policy documents in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Represents the program professionally with outside agencies and coordinates staff meetings.
