Job summary

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Requires supervisory experience, relevant education, and a valid US driver’s license. Bridgewell emphasizes compliance, safety, and family collaboration in delivering services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in direct care supervision.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience is required.
• Valid US driver's license and one year of driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of care and adherence to standards and documentation.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and supervision of staff within budget.
• Manage program finances, staffing, and on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to meet medical and behavioral needs.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and coordinate with families.
• Oversee safety, training, and compliance across program operations.
