Job summary

Bridgewell in Merrimac, MA seeks an Assistant Residential Manager 2 to help oversee daily operations of a residential home for individuals with disabilities. You will provide direct care support and coordinate program duties, with training in behavioral supports and medical care as needed.

You will lead staff, ensure compliance with DDS/DMH and other standards, manage documentation, budget and transport needs, and build relationships with families and service providers.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• DSP Certification, Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to uphold performance standards and align with agency requirements.
• Provide leadership and maintain a positive team environment; communicate concerns to management.
• Ensure services and documentation meet DDS/DMH/MassHealth/HUD and regulatory standards.
• Create opportunities for individuals to develop skills and independence.
• Oversee medical, clinical, and financial needs and arrange services as needed.
• Coordinate transportation to medical, recreational, and other activities.
