Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or Associate's with 2 years of direct care experience.
• High school diploma with 3-5 years experience acceptable.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hiring and training of staff.
• Manage performance evaluations and address performance concerns.
