Bridgewell is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager 3 to oversee the daily operation of a residential home for individuals with disabilities in Topsfield, Massachusetts. This role involves providing direct care support, ensuring service standards, and leading staff. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, DSP Certification preferred, and at least one year of relevant experience. Formación

• 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
• Experience with significant behavioral or medical concerns is required.
• Ability to lead staff or act as a shift leader.
