Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential home for people served. You will supervise staff, coordinate hiring and training, and ensure care quality in line with Bridgewell policies.

The role requires managing budgets, collaborating with clinical teams, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while supporting families and guardians. A supervisory background and valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred for supervisory role.
• Experience in direct care with people served.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of DDS and CARF regulations.
• Experience with CPR/First Aid and PPS/PABC certifications.
• Valid US driver's license with at least one year driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of care and adherence to standards in residential home.
• Staff scheduling, hiring, and supervision to meet ratios.
• Provide monthly supervision and team meetings.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address concerns.
• Maintain certifications and training requirements.
• Manage program finances, budget and expenses.
• Coordinate with guardians and families regarding care.
• Oversee program transportation and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
