Job summary

Bridgewell in Massachusetts seeks a Residential Manager to ensure high-quality care in a community residential home. You will hire, train, supervise staff, monitor clinical needs, and manage program budgeting. The role requires collaboration with clinical teams, families, and guardians, plus ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with on-site duties and potential on-call responsibilities. A valid driver’s license and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent direct care supervision experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience is required.
• Valid US driver's license and one year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program, agency and accreditation standards are met for quality of care.
• Coordinate staffing needs and supervise scheduling and per-diem staff.
• Provide monthly supervision and team meetings; mentor staff.
• Deliver timely performance evaluations and address concerns.
• Maintain required certifications and training for staff.
• Oversee administrative duties including finance, HR, payroll, and EHR.
• Manage on-call coverage and coordinate with transportation.
• Collaborate with clinical and nursing teams to meet needs.
• Engage guardians and families to strengthen relationships.
• Control program budget and monitor overtime and expenses.
