Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential home, ensuring quality care and compliance with standards. You will hire, train, supervise staff, manage program budgets, monitor clinical needs, and coordinate with clinical/nursing teams to safeguard residents' wellbeing.

You'll work Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm and support families while maintaining HIPAA and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent direct care supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring quality of care.
• Knowledge of DDS and CARF regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to performance standards and provide coaching.
• Coordinate hiring, scheduling, and use of per-diem/agency staff.
• Ensure compliance with program, accreditation and clinical documentation.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, overtime and procurement.
• Collaborate with clinical and nursing teams on behavioral/medical needs.
• Communicate with guardians and families to support care.
• Maintain certifications and training requirements for staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
