Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Residential Manager in Massachusetts to lead a residential home, oversee staff supervision, training, and scheduling, and manage clinical and financial operations. You will work with clinical and nursing teams to meet medical and behavioral needs, coordinate with families, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires supervisory experience, appropriate education, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise staff to performance standards.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of DDS and CARF regulations and human rights.
• Ability to work as a cohesive inter-disciplinary team member, including BCBA’s and nursing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program and accreditation standards for quality of care.
• Oversee staffing needs, schedules, hires, and per-diem coverage.
• Conduct monthly supervision and team meetings; coach staff.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and address concerns.
• Maintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid, PPS, etc.) and training.
• Manage program finances, budget, and expenses; monitor overtime.
• Coordinate with families/guardians to support care plans.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain EHR/documentation.
• Support on-call coverage and shift coverage when needed.
• Oversee transportation, vehicles, and safety protocols.
