Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in North Carolina seeks a Program Manager to supervise staff and individuals, enhance quality of life, and lead person-centered plans within residential, community, or day programs.

The role serves as the Qualified Professional under 10A NCAC 27G.0104, requires a bachelor’s degree and valid driver's license, with driving/travel possible. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available; 40 hours/week, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required (non Human Services) with 4 years full-time or 8 years part-time applicable experience; Human Services degree with 2 years full-time or 4 years part-time.
• Master degree (Human Services) with 1 year full-time or 2 years part-time applicable experience.
• Drive license (USA) is required

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to staff and individuals to enhance quality of life.
• Manage and monitor person-centered plans; ensure appropriate services and approvals are in place.
• Coordinate documentation in EHR/medical records; maintain and audit records.
