Monarch is seeking a Program Manager in North Carolina to supervise staff and support individuals in residential, community, or day program settings. The role emphasizes person-centered planning, assessment, and coordination across teams to achieve personal goals.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or higher) and a driver’s license; experience with IDD or mental health supports is valued. Driving/travel may be required, with a 40-hour workweek and standard Mon-Fri schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor degree required (experience dependent)
• Two years management experience optional
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and guidance to staff and individuals to enhance quality of life.
• Develop and implement person-centered plans and assess progress.
• Coordinate documentation, reporting, and program operations.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance appraisals as needed.
