Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is hiring a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned locations in the United States. You will support staff and individuals, ensuring person-centered plans are followed and quality of life is enhanced within the community.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, 2 years in IDD/mental health settings, and 1 year of management experience. A valid driver’s license is required, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered with milestones.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings (2 years)
• Management experience (1 year)
• Experience with mental health diagnoses or IDD populations (2 years) with adults/children as applicable

Responsibilities

• Ensure the person-centered plan is implemented with creativity and timeliness.
• Use person-centered/positive approaches and provide on-site coaching.
• Represent the team in meetings and coordinate with providers and natural supports.
• Maintain timely documentation and plan updates.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including floaters and substitutes.
• Complete performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplined actions as needed.
• Assist with payroll processes and time sheets; manage petty cash and expenditures.
• Ensure staffing schedules meet resident needs and supervise program coverage.
• Ensure emergency procedures are followed and participate in on-call coverage.
• Sleepover duties may be required.
