Job summary

Addictions Recovery Center (ARC) in Medford, Oregon is seeking a 3.1 Residential Program Manager to lead the ASAM Level 3.1 residential program. This hands-on leadership role guides daily operations, staff development, and ensures a trauma-informed, recovery-focused environment.

You will coordinate clinical, medical, admissions, and operational teams, oversee scheduling and documentation, and support staff through onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in program operations, client services and people management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coach and develop staff.
• Proficiency with EHR, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Residential Support Specialists and Recovery Mentors.
• Oversee 24/7 residential operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Establish clear expectations, strengthen communication and accountability.
• Monitor documentation, logs, medication counts, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical, medical, admissions, and operations teams to support client care.
• Provide guidance during client crises and ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
• Support onboarding, training, and professional development of staff.
