Job summary

Cascadia Health seeks a Program Manager III for Residential Case Management overseeing licensed residential treatment facilities in the Portland area. The role leads clinical operations, supports staff development, ensures regulatory compliance, and aligns program goals with Cascadia’s mission.

The position requires a Master’s in a behavioral science field with QMHP credentials, 5+ years in community mental health, and 2+ years supervisory experience. Travel across sites is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinical program, including client care and service delivery.
• Set annual goals with leadership aligned to integrated treatment and mission.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints with Quality Management and compliance.
• Develop operating budget and monitor expenditures; justify variances.
• Attend internal/external meetings to problem-solve and maintain relationships.
• Oversee and leverage clinical data to monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Facilitate collaboration among interdisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Assess progress toward goals and revise plans, policies, and procedures as needed.
• Contribute to policy development in support of program goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
