Fora Health in Portland, OR is seeking a Residential Program Manager to supervise a 70-bed adult residential program delivering integrated substance use and mental health treatment. This role provides clinical supervision to CADCs and QMHPs, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with leadership to maintain safe, welcoming, high-quality care.

The position requires trauma-informed practice, staff development, and data-driven improvements across a multidisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in behavioral health, preferably residential.
• CADC II or higher required; CADC III preferred.
• Master’s in social work or counseling; LMFT/LCSW preferred.
• Proficient in documentation, compliance, and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision to addiction and dual diagnosis counselors.
• Lead residential leadership team and oversee program operations.
• Develop staff training on co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with federal/state standards.
• Coordinate with clinical, medical, and residential support teams for integrated care.
• Ensure safe, welcoming atmosphere and consistent daily operations.
