Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a full-time Recovery Services Program Manager in Warrenton, OR. The role oversees outpatient substance use disorder services, MAT clinic supervision, and recovery ally services, with a focus on program growth and community engagement.

The position requires CADC II, strong communication, adherence to HIPAA, and ability to manage referrals and staff. CBH offers an enhanced benefits package and a 4-day workweek option where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Hold an Oregon or Washington driver’s license and meet insurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Substance Use Disorder team and related programs.
• Supervise the Medication Assisted Treatment Clinic.
• Coordinate referrals internally and with external partners.
• Provide clinical supervision and ensure documentation compliance.
• Develop program growth, curriculum oversight and community outreach.
• Manage staff schedules, timecards and staff performance.
