Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Prior Direct Support Professional experience preferred.
• Background in supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, safety, and habilitation of supported individuals.
• Maintain documentation for treatment and incidents.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings.
