Monarch Healthcare in North Carolina and Rhode Island is seeking a Residential Team Leader to supervise staff and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on person-centered planning, team guidance, and ensuring high-quality services in community and residential settings.
You will oversee assessments, plan development, documentation in the EHR, and staff development while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety across shifts.
40 Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) with evenings, weekends, and on-call availability.
Pay Range Minimum: $47,840.00
Minimum of a Bachelor Degree (dependent upon experience) (Required)
Drivers License (Valid) - USA, Qualified Professional (QP) - Monarch-DSM
A Qualified Professional (10A NCAC 27G .0104) must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: Bachelor degree (non Human Services) with 4 years full time experience with the population served required Associate or Bachelor degree (Human Services) with 2 years full time experience with the population served required Master degree (Human Services) with 1 year full time experience with the population served required
The primary responsibilities of the Residential Team Leader is to provide supervision and guidance to both staff and the individuals they support to enhance quality of life through services that enable individuals to achieve their personal dreams and goals. This position serves as the qualified professional for all assigned people and programs.
