• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepares employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Performs personal care tasks as needed by people supported.
• Monitors interactions and provides feedback across shifts.
• Seeks to understand individuals within their history, networks, and future goals.
• Resolves employee issues and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures training requirements are met and events attended.
• Monitors budgets within guidelines and provides feedback.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage.
