Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Residential Manager to ensure high-quality care in a residential home, supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate clinical needs. You will ensure compliance with accreditation standards, oversee training and performance evaluations, and collaborate with nursing for residents’ medical care.

The role involves on-site leadership, coordinating staff coverage, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records while supporting families and guardians as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in human services/supervision.
• Associate's degree with 2+ years in direct care and supervisory experience considered.
• High school diploma with 3–5 years direct care experience and 1–2 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of care and ensure program and accreditation standards are met.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; manage schedules and staffing levels.
• Collaborate with clinical and nursing teams to address medical and behavioral needs.
