Job summary

Inspire Greatness Within Inc in Illinois seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee residential services across multiple homes, ensuring safe, person-centered, and effective support. You will review implementation plans, promote resident progress, and coordinate care with the team.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and experience supervising DSPs and staff. You will manage documentation, audits, Medicaid compliance, and collaboration with guardians to maintain quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience supervising residential or community-based programs.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid Waiver, Rule 115, Rule 116, and related regulations.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and multi-site time management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential services across assigned homes to ensure safe, person-centered, and effective support.
• Review and monitor individual implementation plans to promote resident progress and quality of life.
• Plan for and participate in support team meetings to coordinate care and address resident needs.
• Visit homes weekly to evaluate service quality, staff performance, resident well-being, and safety.
• Conduct quarterly audits to ensure appointments and follow-ups are completed on schedule.
• Complete semi-annual audits to review service practices and implement improvements.
• Train and support House Managers and DSPs on documentation standards.
• Monitor documentation systems for compliance with Medicaid Waiver and internal standards.
• Coordinate with guardians, case managers, and funding entities to prevent lapses in eligibility.
