Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to DSP Leads and DSP staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage and compliance with ratios.
• Oversee daily operations of residential sites and maintain safety.
• Support individuals in activities of daily living and community engagement.
• Ensure medication policies are followed and conduct audits.
• Maintain documentation including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Identify and address behavioral concerns; use crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and review plans and monthly reports for agencies and families.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support.
