Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• DSP Certified is required or preferred depending on role.
• Proven leadership experience in a residential or DD setting is valued.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and supervise staff; provide coaching for performance.
• Ensure staff engagement, retention and proper shift coverage.
• Schedule using Paycom and manage on-call guidelines.
• Train DSP staff and provide on-the-job training.
• Monitor compliance with nursing protocols and care plans.
• Coordinate activities, transportation, and client appointments.
• Maintain HR paperwork and regular attendance.
