Responsibilities

• Oversee residential program operations, including budgeting and health & safety monitoring.
• Provide person-centered support and ensure plan adherence.
• Coordinate schedules and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Maintain documentation of plan implementation and expenditures.
• Support positive cultural change and staff development.
• On-call coverage for one week every six weeks.
