Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist to sell pest management services to homeowners. You will assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, and guide customers through the sales process with a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience.
• Prefer 1-2 years of sales in pest control and 2+ years in customer service.
• Effective verbal communicator with customer-facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license from residence state.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential pest control solutions to new and existing customers.
• Perform needs analysis using knowledge of products and services.
• Collaborate with service center, Inside Sales, and technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Maintain daily activity and sales records in CRM.
