Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist to drive growth of pest management services for residential customers. You will assess needs, present pest control solutions, and close deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Base pay and overtime/commissions are available; travel within the assigned territory is required. We offer day-one benefits, a 401(k) plan with match, and opportunities for growth within the Rentokil family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales or pest technician experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100%.
• Effective verbal communicator with customer-facing skills.
• Pest industry certification a plus.
• Prefer 1-2 years in pest control sales and 2+ years in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers based on needs analysis.
• Conduct home inspections for pests and provide assessments.
• Collaborate with service centers, inside sales, and technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and upsell services.
• Maintain sales CRM and follow up on proposals.
• Provide knowledge to install new service installations.
• Complete daily activities and track performance in CRM.
